"What?"
Judith's out-of-the-box remarks burst into laughter. Judith then flushed her cheeks and urged him shamefully.
"Don't laugh, Calix. I told you I'd answer everything.”
"I didn't sleep. Did you see me sleep when I got the guide?”
"But it's C-class. Other than that, it's not possible."
"I told you it was weird. It could be a coincidence. We'll find out when we get her back."
Carlyx once calmed Judith down. Judith had to be careful when speaking with mixed emotions. We've been friends since we were young, but we've been keeping our distance since we became friends.
Apart from the feelings of the two, there was something attractive between awakeners of the same grade, and it was instantaneous for the relationship to fall apart.
"It's no coincidence, Carlyx."
Judith rebuked with an upset look, but Carlyx pretended not to know.
It was an inevitable instinct for Esper to be weak against guides. Nevertheless, Carlyx had no intention of becoming a blind Esper to the guide.

Knock, knock.
"Who is it?"
"Our leader, be diligent. You've been dressing up since the morning.”
"Why did you wake up?”
Carlyx was arranging his clothes in front of the mirror when Dean came in. It was dark outside the window, perhaps the sun hadn't risen yet.
Thinking about what to do to get her, Carlyx ended up staying up all night.
I was considering various ways, such as whether I would go early and wait at the entrance, or whether it would be faster to order someone, but I read aloud the documents Dean brought.
"If you're going to do it, do it right. C-class guide Roen. Age twenty-three yet the appearance is that of an 18-year-old."
"You're younger than I thought."
Dean, the deputy director, completed Loen's investigation in less than a day. Carlyx replied as if it were natural and put in a cuff button.
"When Gate S was briefly opened in Branch F, the accident killed all the family members and only Roen survived. He must have woken up in shock."
"That's too bad.”
It was just that much appreciation. Once the powers had emerged, they could never live a normal life again.
Esper often couldn't adapt and went crazy because of their sensitive five senses, and when guides came out of poor families, money-blind parents often gave their children to shady auction houses.
"Right? It's the easiest thing for a family to touch, but it's all gone."
That's why it wasn't Roen, it was Carlyx. I've lost a hand that I can hold and shake. Dean, who saw through his short appreciation at once, turned the next page.
"History is pretty flashy. From Branch F to Branch E. From E to D. From D to C. and then Central Headquarters. It's fair to say that support has been demoted."
"What's the matter?”
"It's a fatal point for a guide."
"Tell me."
He buttoned up the top and urged Dean.
"I don't like guides."
"You're a guide, aren't you?"
"To be precise, it's human contact. He doesn't like physical touch. I've never been guided up to level two."
The steps of guiding are largely divided into steps 1, 2, and 3. The first stage was a simple touch and hug, the second stage was a kiss to deep touch, and the third stage was sex. If they are not partners, they have never gone to level 3.
However, if Esper's condition was not good, he often went from the beginning to the second stage. Dean was briefing when he felt something was off.
"Every time we move the team, it says the reasons are verbal abuse and assault. If Esper forces me to do it in the capsule, I think I tend to leave the body first.”
"You're still a C-class guide and you're assaulting Esper?”
"Hit the vital point or bite your tongue. He's been assaulting him hard in his own power.”
Carlyx nodded as if he knew it. Judging from her first encounter, she was not a normal personality. It was pointed as if he'd bite if he invaded his territory.
"It's self-defense, but it's not just one or two Esper who suffered, so the center seems to have penalized Roen."
"I almost got assaulted by a guide on the first day."
Carlyx was giggling in a funny way.
"How dare you do that. By the way, how did you guide this guy? I thought you'd roll around because your rank was low."
Dean was also wondering about this. In general, it is difficult to guide if there is a difference of more than two ranks or higher.
Often, if the matching rate was good, guidance was possible even in the third rank difference, but Carlyx and Roen were four ranks different.
It was unprecedented, bordering on miracles.
"Holding hands is full and overflowing.
"Is that possible?"
"Uh."
"Carlyx, I'm not against it anymore. You can stop appealing."
Carlyx just smiled back and forth.
"If that doesn't happen, I'm quite sincere and have a good image externally."
"How is it good to do such a thing?”
"You're half-hearted. Isn't that why you're happy?”
Esper often considered the appearance of the guide as the next condition after the grade. Roen had a strikingly attractive appearance to be C-class.
Carlyx clicked her tongue, recalling her appearance.
"It would be tiring to stand out like that with half the ability.”
"So you give up?"
Dean asked after finishing the filing. Carlyx turned around with a smile.

The plan could only be successful if the matching was completed before the center used its hands. Fortunately, I had a colleague I knew in the match team, so I woke up early in the morning and was about to leave the accommodation.
[Aiden] I'm waiting in front of the house. Come out slowly. ^^]
I looked out of the window in a hurry. I could see someone waving their hands down the window of a colorful yellow sports car.
The pomaded hair, which was neatly rolled back, was oily, and the dark double eyelid line was wrinkled and greasy.
"Huh……."
I fell into shame over my choice yesterday.
Is that really the best thing you can do, Roen?
I went down the stairs with the feeling of grasping at straws.
"Roen, I was really surprised yesterday. I never thought you'd miss me so much.”
I didn't say I missed you. I told you I needed you.
Aiden was interpreting as he pleases.
Aiden was acquainted when he was in Branch F. At a time when I was just starting to be a guide, he was quite persistent in chasing me to partner with him.
At the time, I was only nineteen and could refuse under the guise of the law that a non-adult guide could not match.
After that, Aiden was appointed to the Central Headquarters because he was a precious natural Esper, so he naturally moved away.
"There's a lot you don't know yet because you first came to work yesterday, right? I'm holding on to the central headquarters, so just tell me. I'll tell you everything.”
"Yes, thank you."
People don't change. It was still the same after all this time went by. Bluffy tone and cheesy styling. As I got older, I felt smugger, so it was hard to bear it.
"You've gotten prettier since I haven't seen you, Roen."
Aiden approached as if he would kiss while there was a signal. The strong smell of perfume naturally made the back of my nose frown.
"Wait a minute."
"Huh?"
"What we talked about yesterday.”
"Oh, oh, yeah, you're having a hard time with the trauma? Crazy guys in Branch F. How could you do something like that when you're not a bunch of horny bastards?”
I exaggerated what I asked for too much physical contact during the guide.
"My hands are still shaking. Aiden wouldn't do that to me, would he?”
"Of course, I'm not like them! We're going to be partners today anyway, so there's no hurry."
He squeezed my hand pretending to be shaking.
Oh, I hate it.
Anyway, I was going to cancel my partner once the Eclipse case was resolved. The reason will be admitted if you say you can't get over your trauma.
"This is okay, right?”
"Of course."
I felt like I was going to cramp my smiling mouth muscles.

Aiden drove the fancy open car all the way into the center. The buzz naturally drew attention.
I told him to pull over to the underground parking lot, but he even honked and ran. He just looked excited, and the shame was entirely on me.
I was reminded once again that it would not take long to be with him as well.
"What's going on?"
Feeling dizzy, I was going deeper, and there were security espers at the entrance of the center. They got in front of Aiden's car.
"Who are you!"
Aiden got out of the car and burst into a rage. It's not loud.
I wasn't surprised because I was expecting it roughly. I followed Aiden out of the car, and a woman in glasses walked through the security espers.
"Hello, Roen. Welcome to Central Headquarters."
The official day of work was yesterday and as soon as I arrived, I was thrown into the capsule.
And now you're welcome? Shameless, too.
"What's wrong with you, chief?"
Aiden asked in surprise at the sight of the woman. What do you mean, head of the headquarters? You're coming out strong from the beginning.
